We make them with our family’s exclusive GOLDEN BLEND: whole-grain rice, rich soybean and hearty oat flakes, our rice crisps have captivated taste buds across China for over two decades, now we are introducing these delicious treats to North America.

Recognizing the limited variety in North America’s salty snack market, especially when it comes to rice-based snacks, we saw an opportunity to introduce something special.

Our family has crafted these snacks over more than two decades, drawing inspirations from diverse culinary traditions from both Asian & North American cultures. In the Southwest region of China, the Tang family's rice crisp and other small treats have long been favorites among the locals.

When the family moved to Canada, they carried with them the rich Sichuan culinary heritage of their family. Inspired by their new surroundings, they saw an opportunity to bridge two worlds. They wanted to blend the bold flavors of Asia with the diverse tastes of North America, creating a snack that could celebrate cultural diversity and unity at the same time.

That was the birth of Bites of Tang, an homage to their family name and their new venture’s flavourful impact - Each snack was a mosaic of flavors: spices from the East mixed with bold,contemporary Western seasoning.
